9. Excellent Tiler Mobile App

The app provides public service information and quote enquiries. Its administrative sign-in is reserved for Excellent Tiler administrators who manage the business system and website; it is not a customer account. Depending on whether you submit an enquiry or an authorised administrator uses the app, information processed may include:

• Enquiry details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb, service requested, preferred timing, and message.
• Account details used to sign in, including your email address. If you choose “Remember me”, the app saves that email address on your device.
• Business records available only to Excellent Tiler administrators, such as client and enquiry details, quotations, invoices, payment status, company profile information, and website gallery content.
• Photos or other files that an Excellent Tiler administrator selects and uploads, for example to add website gallery images or update the company logo.

The app sends sign-in and business requests to Excellent Tiler’s backend over HTTPS. It stores an authentication token on the device to keep an authorised session active; the token is removed when the user logs out. The app does not save the account password in its local preferences.

The app may open Google Maps, email, phone, or WhatsApp when you choose the corresponding contact action. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. When the app displays pages from our website, the website’s cookies and analytics practices described above also apply.
